12 x 12 covered pavilion with gable roof plans.  This pavilion is one of our most economical structures.  It can be built relatively inexpensively, and is easy to build.  Pavilion dimensions are 12 ft Long x 12 ft Wide from outside of leg to outside of leg, the roof has a 12" overhang all the way around so the overall roof size is 14' x 14' and the roof has a 6-12 pitch so the peak is 14-1 1/2'.  It is shown with a plank roof but could be shingled if desired.

These detailed plans are professionally drawn to be easy to understand.  The instructions will print on standard letter size paper and will be available for download after receiving payment.  All plans include a materials list, tools list, and complete cutting list with illustrations and step by step detail drawings.
