14 x 14 Backyard Pavilion plans.  This pavilion is one of our most economical structures.  It can be built relatively inexpensively and is designed with a simple post and beam design and an asphalt shingled roof.  The cross members through the inside make it easily modified to put in a ceiling or mount a fan.

Pavilion dimensions are 14 ft Long x 14 ft Wide at the base.  The roof has a 12" overhang all the way around so the overall roof size is 16' x 16'.  The roof peak is 12'.

These detailed plans are professionally drawn and easy to understand.  They are laid out on standard letter size paper and will be available for download after checkout is complete.  All plans include a materials list, tools list, and complete cutting list with illustrations and step by step detail drawings.
